BrightHR was an ambitious HR start-up, and they needed the world to know it
We worked with BrightHR from the beginning, helping announce its rebrand and assisting it with campaigns, marketing and DM pieces along the way. We worked with psychological wellbeing experts Robertson Cooper to help position BrightHR as the positive, fun brand that helps both employer and employee be brilliant and the resulting “it pays to play” campaign summed up the company’s USP perfectly. After all, happy employees make productive employees. From there, we’ve helped with all sorts of comms (though our “Little Book of HR Fibs” DM remains a firm favourite) to communicate this vibrant brand to a broad market.
