Create a user journey worthy of the destination
Zuto wanted a website that took the hassle out of getting a car loan.
While rebranding from Carloan4U, Zuto partnered with us to create a new digital experience for their car finance site. We conducted a great deal of research on them, their stakeholders and their industry, using this to build a UX strategy based directly on audience insight. People wanted sites with easily digestible, searchable and accessible information, which to us meant opting for a mobile and content-first approach. Embedding our heads of design and development into Zuto’s internal team, we worked together to map out a real user journey, creating photography, imagery and content to populate a fully responsive website, guiding users through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
