We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our client services team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced, creative environment.

As Junior Account Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of client relationships, assist in theand smooth management and delivery of projects within the agency. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Directors, as well as the wider team, to ensure that all projects run seamlessly and client expectations are consistently met.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Workload Management: Independently manage your own workload and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, keeping both clients and internal teams informed.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of your own projects while also supporting the Client Service team in managing ongoing clients and projects. Balance individual tasks with team goals to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Client Briefs: Accurately interpret clients’ needs and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the creative studio, ensuring that all information is understood and aligned with the client’s objectives.
  • Status Reporting: Write clear and concise status reports for clients, providing updates on both project and retainers, to keep them fully informed on progress.
  • Social Content Planning, Creation & Copywriting: Support the planning and management of social media content for clients, including writing compelling copy where necessary, and ensuring content aligns with the overall strategy and branding.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Be proactive in identifying upselling opportunities as they arise. Work with the rest of the Client Services team to ensure that additional services or projects are suggested when appropriate.
  • Client Management: Understand the needs of your clients and manage their expectations throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring communication is timely and transparent.
  • Budget Management: Work within allocated budgets and promptly report if a project is likely to exceed its budget, time or scope. Ensure that all project financials are properly tracked and communicated.
  • Resource Management: Work closely with Operations to book and manage resources, ensuring the right team members are allocated to your projects and that timelines are adhered to.


Skills & Requirements

  • Project Management Expertise: Solid experience in managing projects with proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of communicating confidently and effectively face to face, by phone, and via email.
  • Client Relationship Building: Comfortable becoming the direct point of contact for small to mid-sized clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Client Services Support: Able to assist the Client Services team in managing larger accounts and high-profile projects.
  • Commercial Awareness: Accountable for project commercials, with the ability to accurately scope work and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborative Work: Skilled in working closely with designers, developers, and freelancers to keep projects on track, ensuring they are aware of timelines and remaining resources.
  • Highly Collaborative: Able to collaborate effectively with Client Services, strategists, designers, developers, and clients, contributing to a seamless team effort.
  • Adaptable & Solution-Oriented: Balancing reactive and proactive work with the ability to identify issues, find solutions, and seek help or push back when necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
  • Positive Energy & Attitude: A key contributor to the studio’s culture, bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.


What We Are Looking For in You

  • Agency Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working in an agency setting, where you’ve successfully managed your own projects or clients.
  • Passion for Strategic Branding & Marketing: You are enthusiastic about branding and marketing, and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for both clients and projects.
