Spark is on the hunt for a super-talented Junior Designer to bring energy and fresh ideas to our studio.
You’ll join a team of passionate, creative designers and get the opportunity to lead and collaborate on exciting projects for a variety of brands, from global companies to innovative startups.

Benefits
- Competitive salary of between £22,000 – £30,000 (based on experience)

Required Experience
- Degree educated with at least 2 years agency experience
- Strong all-round design skills with experience in branding, print, and web
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. (Figma, Premiere Pro and After Effects bonus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Capable of managing multiple briefs and meeting tight deadlines
- A friendly, positive attitude with a can-do mindset
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for design
