Championing a new travel concept with Love Home Swap
Love Home Swap was a challenger travel brand with a unique premise, and they needed a site to sell it. The concept of home swapping was unusual for some so our core aim was to break down the boundaries and introduce consumers to a new world of travel opportunity. We delivered a UX strategy that spanned user journey testing, design, UI guidelines and content and worked in collaboration with LoveHomeSwap's in-house development team to ensure a seamless launch.
