Building an online community with LYS Life
With an established and loyal offline community, Liverpool Yoga Studios looked for new ways to grow during the pandemic, with an online fitness platform that would rival the likes of Peloton & Glo Yoga.

UX & Wireframes
Bringing together a community essence is at the heart of what LYS do and we brought this to life both visually and digitally.
We started with a UX and brand workshop to get under the skin of their business, industry, and potential customers. This fed directly into the brand development and full website design (using a mobile first, conversion optimised approach).
Our support didn’t end with launch as we’ve been providing ongoing support in marketing and tech (including social campaigns and enhancement of the platform to support business expansion).
I have loved working with the Spark girls, I feel like they are a part of my team and not a separate entity. We have worked together to build a strong foundation and I am excited for what's ahead for us as a team.
Home grown approach
By growing our relationships online (and offline) with the LYS team, and nurturing the social presence of the brand we were able to spark the joy, commitment and community elements of the platform into a consumer-led lifestyle brand.
Homing in on the LYS tone of voice, visual identity and content the brand grew from strength to strength – developing new online programs that are first to market and gained exponential growth.
LYS Life achieved 42% of their yearly target sign-ups within the first 3 months of launch.
The user-friendly platform and it’s new developed programs are widely recognised with it’s audience based as top in class, with membership retention increasing monthly.
