Prime are a Manchester and London based recruitment company who offer recruitment and training services. The brief they came to us with was to deliver a new website that set them apart in a busy marketplace by reflecting how they do things differently.

Brand Uplift

Prime had minimal brand collateral so the first task was to extend the current branding to deliver a comprehensive and effective set of design assets.

We developed a brand style that celebrated their point of difference with a creative approach, that champions the candidates they work with and the lifestyle benefits they will get from their new role.

Website Design & Build

Design followed our established agency process, getting under the skin of the business and user requirements to develop comprehensive wireframes prior to conceptual design work and full design rollout. The website is extremely well optimised for mobile and focuses on conversion paths for candidates or the companies looking for candidates, secondary focuses were the training offering and a referral scheme.

Jobs are integrated from vincere.io in a seamless and highly usable way with free text and facetted search, rich information about the roles, and a highly optimised application process.
