Zuto wanted a website that took the hassle out of getting a car loan.
While rebranding from Carloan4U, Zuto partnered with us to create a new digital experience that struck the right balance of brand awareness and conversion. We conducted both stakeholder and industry research, using this to build a UX strategy driven directly by fresh insight. People wanted sites with easily digestible, searchable and accessible information, which to us meant opting for a mobile and content-first approach. Embedding our heads of design and development into Zuto’s internal team, we worked together to map out a real user journey, creating photography, imagery and content, guiding users through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
