Spark Talks
Spark Talks Banner 01

Spark Talks was created to enlighten, excite and inform the team about what’s out there in our creative world, for us to get to know some of our amazing partners that we have worked with for many years and to learn about new ones too. This series ensures that we can empower our clients with new and innovative ways to promote their businesses and make them unstoppable as well as educate the Sparks on what’s next in the industry.

We have already listened to our friend Paul Coleman from Humanise tell us all about the world of insight, how we can really use this medium to give clients the edge and give their customers what they want. He also provided some insight into his amazing screenwriting career writing big hits like Car Share and Britain’s Got the Pop Factor… to name just a couple.

We then welcomed Jordan Yates, a long time friend of the business who has supported us from all things design and illustration through the years. Despite our past connection, the main discussion surrounded his new events which are produced under the name, Design Recovery. For Design Recovery, Jordan invites people from the industry to talk about their struggles with mental health, stigmas around the design world and topics that really resonate with the creative community.

Finally, Alex Golombeck and his team from Into The Metaverse came in and talked to us about the opportunities for clients to start using NFTs by creating unlockable content on their websites. He also talked us through Web3 – what it is and what it could do in the future, as well as educating us on crypto and blockchains. An eye-opener for sure!

We are super excited for next year and the speakers we will be bringing in. First up will be KC Locke, an incredibly talented film producer from Manchester who has shot some of the biggest artist Music videos like Ed Sheehan and Stormzy. Locke’s career has already been an incredible success in such a short period of time. We are all super excited for this one.

Watch this space for future gigs and who is up next in Spark Talks 2023 series.
