Zen Office needed a new brand to unify a company with many working parts.
A period of expansion had left the company with multiple departments, but a disjointed internal culture. They turned to us to bring everything into alignment and make individual teams feel part of a greater whole. After staff workshops and strategy sessions, we built a unified brand essence and brought clarity and creativity through a complete rebrand including logo, tone of voice, brochure illustrations, campaign creative and van livery. Our strategy supported a narrative of moving beyond, onwards and forwards to greater things.
