Creating a sportswear brand for every body with Juco

Children, in their ever-changing nature, need brands that will provide materials and designs that can stretch, adapt and be sympathetic to their shape. David Luke, a leading school-wear provider, recognised the gap in the market for high quality and modern kid’s sportswear. They wanted to create a brand that was as diverse as the kids wearing them and to create a new offering for their existing clients which would complement their range of brands. The result: Juco - Get Everybody Moving.

Creating personality

Based on market research and competitor analysis we identified that there was an opportunity in the sector to be more vibrant and sports-fashion led. Using vibrant purple and blues, we created a brand that was adaptable and constantly changing to follow the brand’s ethos around being inclusive and positive for all body shapes.

Through our naming process, we chose the dynamic ‘O’ as the brand device. We rolled this out across the launch campaign using athletic-inspired lines from the sports played in schools.  By doing this the creative grew into an interactive campaign using inspiring photography and engaging typography.

The team at Creative Spark worked fast and smart to develop our new brand. They have over delivered on the brief and have gone above and beyond to make sure we got the highest quality output of the overall concept.
